Spinners began in 1977, and since then we've developed our expertise to become a highly respected building company for both the domestic and commercial sectors, capable of handling both minor and major home and office improvement projects.

Spinners head office is in St. Leonards, one of Sydney's northern suburbs. Sydney is well serviced with Spinners operations throughout the metropolitan area and surrounding districts. There are also Spinners operations further north, in and around Newcastle.

In Victoria, building services are centred in the Richmond, Box Hill and Brighton area.

Spinners are members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), and have been for nearly 20 years. Our association with the HIA ensures that we are always aware of any changes to building methods, technologies and legislation; which means we're able to deliver a better product and safeguard your interests at all times.

All Spinners builders are licensed with a minimum of ten years building experience.
We only use fully-insured, licensed trades people who comply with the Building Code of Australia and all other applicable Federal and State Legislation.

Naturally, our work always takes into account any Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Environmental considerations. And you can enjoy peace of mind knowing we are reliable, punctual and offer outstanding workmanship.

One of the biggest stresses you face when it comes to home or office improvement projects is the number of different people involved. We are a full -service building company, and the licensed builder who first visits and discusses your home or office improvement project with you will manage the job from start to finish. This person will organise and supervise all materials, resources and trades people required to complete the project.

Coordinating home or office improvement projects takes many hands - and they don't have to be yours! Our licensed builders are backed by experienced support staff, who will assist in coordinating your project.

Keeping communication channels open between you and your builder is very important to us. To ensure you know the status of your project and to give you the chance to voice any ideas or concerns, we hold weekly meetings to keep you updated. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing the final result will be exactly what you were expecting.

Our licensed builders are project managers, capable of scoping, quoting and coordinating your project. It is their job to coordinate and supervise the skilled, experienced trades people who will work on your home or office project.

They operate from local support centres, which provide a wide range of services aimed at maintaining our reliability and commitment to service. Our licensed builders offer all the advice and guidance you need to help you determine the best way of undertaking your project.
